PAY RATE:

PHASE 1: Hands-on work experience

  • Propagation (2 weeks)

  • Field (2 weeks)

  • Containers (2 weeks)

 

PHASE 2: Special projects

  • IMP/Scouting

  • Standard work documentation

  • Research & Development

  • Inventory / Estimations
