Notice Regarding Data Security Incident

Robinson Nursery, Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the information in our possession. From on or about February 22, 2026 and February 23, 2026, Robinson Nursery experienced a data security incident, where an unauthorized party accessed certain systems in our network environment. Upon learning of this issue, we contained the threat and immediately commenced a prompt and thorough investigation.

As part of our investigation, we have been working very closely with external cybersecurity professionals experienced in handling these types of incidents. Following a thorough forensic investigation, it was determined on June 10th, 2026, that the files that were removed from the network by an unauthorized third-party actor o on or around February 23, 2026, contain personal and/or protected health information. The types of information involved include full name, date of birth, Social Security number, passport numbers, tax identification number, driver’s license number, financial account information, health insurance information, and medical treatment information. Please note that not all information was impacted for all individuals.

While we have no indication that there has been any fraud as a result of this incident, out of an abundance of caution, commencing on July 10th, 2026, Robinson Nursery notified individuals whose information was included in the files that may have been removed from the network by an unauthorized third-party actor. Notified individuals have been provided with best practices to protect their information.

We remain fully committed to maintaining the privacy of the information in our possession, and upon learning of the incident, we took immediate action to protect the information we maintain. We continually evaluate and modify our practices to enhance the security and privacy of information, and we are taking measures to augment existing cybersecurity practices.
